Companies such as Cushman, Jacbosen, Bell Helicopter, Cessna Aircraft, Kautex, Lycoming and Greenlee make up this multi-billion dollar, publicly held corporation and provide E-Z-GO with access to the resources needed for a massive worldwide expansion.

 E-Z-GO was founded in 1954 in Augusta, Georgia. From those early days in a one-room machine shop, E-Z-GO has grown into the world's largest manufacturer of golf cars and utility vehicles.
